About TERRELL

I am Terrell Garner and have worked successfully as a member of local 1191 in the construction labor and management field for over twenty years. I am a certified CDL driver and a current CDL instructor at LIUNA Training of Michigan since 2023.
I have working in various areas as a construction laborer from environmental remediation and demo to concrete placement and building. I have performed the rolls of Union Steward, Laborer Foreman, Assistant Superintendent and Lead superintendent.
Some of the notable projects I have worked on include demo of the former Hilton Statler hotel, caisson placement at the Little Caesars arena and the erection of the Anthony Wayne apartments at Wayne state university.
